Refund Guidelines & Process:

Due to the cancellation of the 2020 Massachusetts Land Conservation Conference (MLCC) we are offering a refund for your conference registration and/or lunch fee. To receive a refund, this form MUST be submitted by Monday, April 6, 2020. If you paid by credit card the refund will be credited to your credit card account, less the amount of non-refundable credit card fees. If you paid by check, you will receive a check from the Mass Land Trust Coalition (MLTC) in the mail. No action is needed if you registered, but haven't yet paid; balances due will be zeroed out.

Note: If you are requesting a refund for a group, please list additional registrants under #4 ("Do you have any questions or comments?")

Refund requests will be processed after April 6 in the order received.

If you are not requesting a refund, you do not need to complete this form. Any fees not refunded will be graciously accepted as a donation toward program expenses of MLTC, and recognized with a gift acknowledgement letter to be sent after April 6.
