Expression of Interest for a multivariate data integration mixOmics workshop

We are organising a workshop on multivariate data integration for microbiome studies using the R package mixOmics, Feb 3-5 2020 (3 full days 9am-5pm), Perth, Australia.

This survey will help us selecting bursary RHD participants (4 bursaries will cover 50% of the registration fees), and participants if we reach full capacity (30). It will also enable us to tailor the workshop appropriately. Whilst we do not assume any statistical background,  the workshop will benefit most to those with sufficient knowledge in R programming. We will contact you once the EOI has closed to send you a link for registration. The survey closes on Nov 4 2019 5m AEST.

Detailed information: http://mixomics.org/2019/09/feb-3-5-2020-perth/

The West Australian Heath Translational Network generously sponsors registration bursaries ($225 to support some of the registration costs) to 4 Research Higher Degree students. Selection will be based on relevance of data available for analyses and prior experience / explorations on analysing such data.

Many thanks,
The mixOmics team and organisers.
