Dorchester County Quality of Family Life Survey 2017-18

Your opinion is important.   The purpose of this survey is to collect opinions about the quality of life for children, young adults, and families in Dorchester County, Maryland.   The survey is designed to take just 5-10 minutes of your time and is anonymous (no IP address information is collected or stored for survey takers).   Anyone age 18 and over who lives, works, or volunteers in Dorchester County is invited to participate, so please feel free to share this link with others.  Should you have any questions about the survey, please contact Nancy Shockley, Director, Dorchester County Local Management Board.   The survey closing date is January 10, 2018.
