County Donegal is a county of rugged beauty populated by an enterprising and hardworking people, and is steeped in culture and heritage. You are an important part of the fabric of Donegal as a member of our Diaspora, and this is why we are reaching out to you. 
 
The Donegal Association in Dublin, in conjunction with Donegal County Council, is researching the feasibility of an initiative to be called Donegal Connect to take place next year. Our sole aim is to entice the worldwide Donegal diaspora to reconnect with the many facets of the county, including culture, community, commercial, and of course, with one another.

Donegal Connect is a week-long series of events, activities and networking opportunities, scheduled to take place in County Donegal in 2018. We feel that now is a good time for such an initiative in view of the successful promotion of Donegal as part of the Wild Atlantic Way and the nomination of the county by National Geographic as The Coolest Place in the World.
