Title of research study: Diverse Orgasm Experiences Survey

The purpose of this study is to better understand diverse orgasm experiences, especially orgasms without genital stimulation. This study has been reviewed and approved by the New College of Florida Institutional Review Board (IRB) with protocol number 2017/10/4. 

Description
You are invited to participate in a research study on orgasm experiences. To participate, you must be at least 18 years old. You will be asked to answer questions concerning your sexual history, practices, and experiences. Your participation will take approximately 15-25 minutes.

The survey includes several open text responses. You may want to use a device that allows for easy typing such as a computer instead of a phone. You may also want to complete the survey at a location and time that allows for privacy and minimizes interruptions.

Benefits of Being a Part of this Research Study
By taking part in this research study, you will contribute to scientific knowledge of human sexuality, which may support more inclusive sex education and sex therapy. You will also get an opportunity to reflect on your personal sexual experiences.

Risks of Being a Part of this Research Study
There are no risks beyond those encountered in daily life.

Payment for Participation
You will not be paid for your participation in this study.

Confidentiality of Your Records
This survey is anonymous and does not collect your name, email address, or IP address. Your anonymous responses will be combined with data from other participants and the results of this study may be published. All data will be kept on password-protected computers. To help protect everyone's privacy, do not include names of people or other identifying information in your responses.   

Volunteering to Be Part of this Research Study
Your participation is voluntary and you have the right to withdraw your consent or discontinue participation at any time without penalty. You have the right to refuse to answer particular questions.
