Annual Awards 2026: Nominations Form

Do you know an AWP member of staff or team that is a shining example?
Our staff are a wonderful collection of people who provide care and support, promote recovery and give hope to our service users every day.
Each year staff come together in celebration of the achievements of their colleagues, their commitment to delivering the Trust values and the high quality, compassionate care they provide to patients. The awards are an opportunity to recognise the truly remarkable staff who have gone above and beyond in their role to make a positive difference to the care of our patients.
Nominees will be shortlisted against the award criteria by a panel of judges, and the three finalists in each category will be invited to attend the awards ceremony, where our winners will be announced, on Friday 27 November 2026.
Please note:
1. Nominations must reflect the work of AWP staff (substantive and bank) during 2025.
2. To be eligible, nominees must work for AWP and not partner organisations.
3. Should a nominee leave AWP between the time of nominating and the Annual Awards ceremony, they will no longer be eligible for consideration.
