Calhoun Co Community Health Needs Assessment

Calhoun Co. Community Health Needs Assessment

Every three years, Stewart Memorial Community Hospital and Calhoun County Public Health partner to complete a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). A CHNA is a vital tool for identifying the health needs and priorities of a specific community. It provides insight into the resources and interventions that are needed to address health issues in our community. By conducting a thorough assessment of the health needs of the community, local authorities, and healthcare providers can gain a better understanding of the health concerns that exist and develop targeted strategies to address them.
