Instructor Illness I understand that in the unlikely event of the instructor experiencing a last-minute illness or emergency, the instructor may be replaced with another artist and the workshop will proceed or the workshop may be postponed. There will be no reimbursement/compensation made to participants. Question Title * 4. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend that Workshop Participants arrange for travel insurance at the time of paying their deposit to protect them against loss of deposit and/or final payment; injury, medical expenses, loss of baggage and personal effects etc. This is the responsibility of the participant. Workshop Deposit + Payment in full I understand that a deposit is required at the time of booking in order to secure a spot in this workshop. The deposit deadline is 150 days prior to the start of the workshop. It is nonrefundable. I understand that the full final payment is due 120 days prior to the start of the workshop. Question Title * 6. Cancellation PolicyFull refund (less deposit and less 3.5% transaction fee) for cancellations more than 120 days prior to start of workshop. There is no refund for cancellations 120 days or less prior to start of workshop. Refunds are not made for cancellation of any services which are not used by the participant due to late arrivals, early departures, or by choice. I have read and understood Question Title * 7. Booking hotels and flightsIt is the participants responsibility to book their own hotels and flights but they should not do so until the tour has been greenlighted. This tour is not a confirmed departure until minimum numbers of bookings have been reached. Participants will be alerted when the tour has been greenlighted.
