The British Grooms Association is interested in whether you've been given a written contract of employment in your place of work.

This quick-fire survey is 100% anonymous and takes less than a minute to do.

Employees are legally entitled to a Written Statement of the main terms and conditions of their employment. This is often referred to as a 'Written Contract'.

A contract of employment is a legally binding agreement between you and your employer that outlines the terms and conditions of the employment relationship. This includes your employee's rights, responsibilities, and duties.

By law, this document must be issued to an employee/worker either on, or before, their first day of work. It should include details of things like pay, holidays and working hours.

Please take a minute to answer the questions below. Your answers will help us to better understand the current working conditions of grooms.

2.What is your working scenario?
3.Do you have Written Contract (aka a Written Statement of Employment Particulars)?
