Job Description
  • Provide the single source of truth for growth, learning impact, and revenue—part-time or fractional.
  • You will:
  • Define and maintain core KPIs with owners (Marketing, Product, Programs, Partnerships).
  • Build unified dashboards: traffic → MQL/SQL → revenue; activation/retention; event and community engagement; learning outcomes.
  • Set up lightweight attribution (UTM hygiene, channel/source views) and cohort analyses for webinars/courses.
  • Automate data refreshes and alerting; document metric definitions and create simple “how to read this” notes.
  • Surface weekly insights and “next best test” recommendations.
