ESPGHAN Research Network Map - Adding your research centre

Welcome to the ESPGHAN Research Network Map survey.

This survey is an application form for research centres to be added to the ESPGHAN Research Network Map.

To join this map, a research centre must be:
  • A hospital that undertakes basic and translational research in paediatric gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition (PGHAN).
  • Affiliated with ESPGHAN or its international PGHAN partners.

Before you begin the full survey, please fill out your personal details below.

The data from questions 1-4 will not be shared publicly or used outside of purposes relating to the ESPGHAN Research Network Map. The data may be used to contact relevant research centres for approval or further details.

3.Are you a senior member of hospital staff who is able to approve the inclusion of your hospital in the research map and provide accurate details?(Required.)
If you answered 'No' or 'Unsure' to the question above, we recommend you discuss this survey with a senior member of staff and ask whether they would be able to complete the survey or support you in its completion.
4.Please provide your institutional email address, to be used solely for the purpose of this project.(Required.)
5.Do you/your centre agree to share your name and the e-mail address provided here as part of the information that will be visible on the research map?
These will only be visible on the ESPGHAN website for the purpose of establishing a network with other centres.
