Inclusion of Four Wheel Drive (4WD) drive train into the Pro Buggy Class

CAMS Off Road are seeking feedback to consider the implementation of Four Wheel Drive (4WD) to the Pro Buggy Class, which also incorporates vehicles that are Truck based bodies (Trophy Truck).

There has recently been a trend, internationally, towards 4WD with some well know buggy manufacturers producing ready made buggies that have a 4WD drive train. Currently the CAMS Off Road regulations do not permit the use of 4WD except in its own classification as Production 4WD and Extreme 4WD. The results following this survey will help assist in the decision making process regarding whether 4WD drive trains should be included within the Pro Buggy Class.
