This award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated a commitment to empowering women in Southeast Wisconsin through their volunteer or paid work, advocacy, and leadership.

Nominations: Please be thorough and detailed in your response. The selection committee may not know your candidate well enough to evaluate them if your responses are not thorough.

Restrictions: No group or self-nominations
 
 
The selection committee will review candidates on the following criteria:
a. How the individual advocates publicly and supports women's causes. Is the candidate passionate and proactive in their support? 
b. How the candidate advances development of women using their personal power and influence.
c. How the candidate eliminates discriminatory barriers to women's success.
d. How the candidate invests their time, talent and treasure in causes that make a positive impact on women.
