This survey should take around 15 minutes, which can be completed by both parents and young person who attends Recreate, by just parent or Recreate attendee, whatever works best for you!

This survey can also be completed on your laptop, PC or smart phone.

These next 4 questions ask about the impact of our different offerings ranging from our adventurous programmes, overnight Getaways and Short breaks, half or full day programmes and our educational and work experience courses.

If you have not attended programmes in questions 3, 4, 5 or 6, feel free to skip that question.
3.Thinking of our adventure programmes consisting of Youth Camps, Seeking Summits, Outdoor Adventures, can you share any specific benefits, or a story of achievement as a result of attending one of these programmes?

For example: Overcoming a fear of heights, learning a new skill and becoming confident with it, trying a recreational activity for the first time and loving it!
4.Thinking of our overnight programmes, Getaways and Short Breaks, can you share specifically how these programmes have benefited your young person or family the most?

For example: First night away from Parents/Caregivers, friendships formed and thriving through Recreate programmes, an opportunity to put practical social and life skills to the test.
5.Thinking of our full day or half day social and recreational programmes, Holiday Programmes and Urbans, can you share specifically how these programmes have benefited your young person or family the most?

For example: The opportunity to connect with my peers and friends, one of my main ways to keep fit and active, trying new recreational activities for the first time.
6.Thinking of our educational and work experience programmes, Like Skills and Moxie, can you share specifically how your young person has grown as a result of these programmes?

For example: Mastering the preparation of a meal, greater confidence in taking public transport, having the skills to use the gym by myself, I enjoyed my first work experience placement.
