DMNA 2024 Community Survey

The Downtown Minneapolis Neighborhood Association is seeking feedback from our neighbors on what they would like their neighborhood organization to focus on in the year ahead. This survey was also shared with people who attended the 2023 annual meeting. If you were unable to be there, we would still like to hear from you! Please take a few minutes to respond to the questions below.

Neighborhood Safety and Security (bike patrols, technology, education, collaboration, etc.)

Promote Recycling and Zero Waste Programs (compost and recycling receptacles, education, etc.)

Increase Access to Affordable Food (community garden, connection to resources, neighborhood grocery stores, etc.)

Increase Public Art (murals, sculptures, etc.) or other things that help create a Neighborhood Identity (signage, history, promotion)

Connect Neighbors Through Fun Community Events (neighborhood cookout, concerts, resource fairs, etc.)

Promote and Increase Arts and Culture Opportunities (access to downtown arts organization events, increase arts and culture events, etc.)

Keep the Neighborhood Clean and Green (group cleanup events, support greening/planting projects, etc.)

Recruit Businesses to the Neighborhood (promote open commercial space, support business openings and current businesses)

Advocate for Neighborhood Infrastructure Improvements (street projects, park projects, etc.)

Champion Pedestrian and Walkability Improvements (support street crossings, encourage streetscape initiatives with businesses and developers, etc.)
