This form is for the period of June and July 2023. To complete this form, please have the following ready:

A current artist CV for each applicant (or a group bio and history for group exhibition);
up to 10 high quality images of relevant artwork/handicrafts (each image to be 300 dpi JPG format not exceeding 2MG each.
