Quarantine Parent Survey

Theoretical Questions Only

None of the questions below indicate any action being taken by Alexander Public School. 
1.Do you keep your child home if they are sick? 
2.If your child was a close contact, would you choose to send them to school or keep them home if you had a choice?
3.If your child was a close contact and could continue to attend school using social distancing and be required to wear a mask, would you send your child to school?
4.If your child was a close contact and could continue to attend school using social distancing and NOT be required to wear a mask, would you send your child to school?
5.If your child's class was quarantined due to a positive test in the class, would you send them to school if the class attended together in an isolated area such as a modular classroom?
6.Would it be possible for your students to do distance learning for two weeks at home if the school closed for two weeks to stop the spread?
7.If the department of health determined that if people were both wearing a mask at the time of close contact, they would not have to be quarantined, would you want your student to wear a mask?  Your child would NOT be required to wear a mask, it would continue to be a choice.  
8.Is your child quarantined? If yes, how is distance learning going for them?
9.If your child's teacher was identified as a close contact but still came to school wearing a mask and using social distancing, would you feel comfortable sending your child to school?
10.Is your child's teacher quarantined?  If yes, how is it going? Please use the comment box on Question 11.
