Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are conducting an evaluation of our school. Thank you for taking the time to reflect on the following questions and answer them honestly. Your responses will help us to improve the experience in all areas.
This survey asks for your "degrees of agreement" with statements about De La Salle. We would like to know how strongly you agree or disagree with a statement that we offer you. Some questions may ask for judgment outside of your area of knowledge. In such cases, please use the "No Basis to Judge" response. Also, we realize that many of our families have multiple children who have attended or currently attend De La Salle High School. With this in mind, some questions ask you to reflect on your experience as a parent or guardian of the child who has been at De La Salle High School the longest (most likely your eldest son).
Please note that after many questions you will see some letters and numbers in brackets, e.g. "B40". This is merely an internal reference to sections of our report.
Also, we want to assure you that your responses to this survey are completely anonymous. Names and IP addresses will not be collected. As such, your responses cannot and will not affect your son's grades or financial aid award.
