Thank you for your interest in contributing to the college-wide Events Calendar. Please submit the request below to gain approval from Student Life for event facilitation and funding (if applicable).

Please note: event requests received after the deadline* will not be included on the college calendar of events.

If a contract is required, such as paying for a speaker, vendor or other service, the timeline will begin at least 2 month prior to the deadlines below.
