Thank you for taking this step!

Registering your lawn and displaying a Water Wise sign will help inform our neighbours about the things we can do to be responsible with water and build biodiversity in our urban environment, and encourage others to do the same.

We look forward to learning about your yard and welcoming you into the program.

There are a few sections to the registration form, as well as an opportunity to add a picture.

It should take about 3 minutes to complete.

Section 2: Enrolling in the Program

* 5. I would like to participate in the Water Wise Landscape Recognition program and receive the Water Wise participant kit. I will happily display my Water Wise sign in a visible location in my front yard and will notify GreenUP if it goes missing and needs replacing.

* 6. GreenUP would like to use your address to identify Water Wise front yard locations (and may use your name, with your permission).

I hereby authorize GreenUP to use my name and address in online and print materials to promote the program as they deem fit and appropriate to their purpose. I hereby release, waive and forever discharge GreenUP of and from all claims and demands whatsoever which I may have arising out of GreenUP’s use of the said name or address.

* 7. GreenUP would like to use pictures of your yard! Pictures help us with program promotion, celebration and record keeping. Can we have your permission to use photos of your yard?

I hereby give GreenUP permission to use my name, photograph, video recording, audio recording, and/or likeness (collectively referred to as “My Image”) as they deem fit and appropriate to GreenUP’s purposes. I am aware and agree that My Image may be used in all forms including, but not limited to, media for broadcast or in printed publications, on GreenUP’s websites, in public displays, or in GreenUP publications. I am aware that GreenUP may share My Image with program partners and funders for their limited use, as it relates to a program or event. I waive any right to inspect or approve any publication of My Image by GreenUP. I understand that GreenUP cannot control unauthorized use of My Image by persons not associated with GreenUP once My Image has been published.

I have carefully reviewed and understand the above provisions and agree to be bound by them. I have the authority to enter into this agreement and voluntarily and irrevocably give my consent and agree to this Model Release. I further understand that no monetary compensation whatsoever will be paid by GreenUP for this Release, including for any rights granted to GreenUP hereunder.
