* Areola restorative tattooing is an incredibly private and intimate service. To ensure every client feels comfortable, respected, and supported, all CAARTE artists must provide treatment in a professional clinic setting with a private room dedicated to this service. Home-based businesses are not permitted.

* All CAARTE accredited areola restorative artists are required to have independant liability insurance for areola tattooing (2M in coverage). The Canadian Association of Areola Restorative Tattooing and Education must be named on your insurance as additionally insured. * As an accredited areola restorative tattooist, you will have exclusive access to patients from RESTORE ME ABC, a canada wide referral program where doctors refer patients requiring (mainly) areola tattoos. RESTORE ME ABC also offers clients (at their expense) scar camouflage services, decorative tattooing of the breast/chest area and or the tummy area (covering diep scars).

* RESTORE ME ABC Artist Compensation Policy

RESTORE ME ABC establishes the standardized rates for all referred services, including areola restorative tattooing, scar camouflage, decorative tattoos, and other approved procedures.

There is a strict no money exchange policy between patients and artists. All financial transactions are managed exclusively through RESTORE ME ABC.

CAARTE-accredited artists will invoice RESTORE ME ABC monthly for completed procedures and will be remunerated via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

RESTORE ME ABC retains a $19.99 administrative fee per referred service to cover program administration. All client intake forms, appointment bookings, follow-ups, and touch-up scheduling are coordinated by the RESTORE ME ABC administrative team.

By participating in the program, providers acknowledge and agree to abide by all RESTORE ME ABC policies and procedures.

All compensation rates are standardized and aligned with Ontario Ministry of Health physician remuneration guidelines. This ensures equity across all providers, whether they are physicians or non-physician artists.

Bilateral Areola Restorative Tattoo: $473.75 per session
Unilateral (Single) Areola Tattoo: $325.00 per session
Scar Camouflage (up to 2 hours): $473.75 per session
Decorative/Body Art Tattoo (restorative in nature): $473.75 per session
Artists registered for HST in Ontario may add applicable tax to their invoices.

Please note:

Compensation is per session, not per case.
Touch-up sessions are billed at the same rate, regardless of whether you are touching up your own work or another provider’s.
Payments are processed monthly via EFT, following receipt of your invoice to RESTORE ME ABC.
By participating in the program, artists agree to uphold this standardized fee schedule and all RESTORE ME ABC billing policies.
