2026 ARLGP Unleashed Summer Camp : Interest Form
The ARLGP will contact parents in the order in which this interest form is received. Filling out this interest form DOES NOT guarantee you a spot in camp. Please only fill out the form once. Doing it multiple times does not increase your chances of getting a spot, but rather can be very confusing while processing registrations to see duplicate names and emails.
**CAMP HOURS: Camp will be offered Mon-Thurs 8:30a-4:30p and FRIDAYS, camp hours will be 8:30a-3pm! There is no after-care option. Please be mindful of the 3pm pick up time on Fridays when signing up for camp.
If your registration is within the first 15 submitted for a camp session you are interested in, you will receive an email by Friday, March 6th (or sooner) with a link to complete your registration and process payment. Please add the ARLGP email to your safe sender list, as we hear often that our emails end up in junk boxes. Emails will be coming from education@arlgp.org.
We ask that you complete the registration/payment link no later than Thursday, March 19th. If payment is not received by then, we will offer your spot to a wait-listed camper.
If your child(ren) did not get a spot in camp, we will notify you via email by Friday, March 6th (or sooner) and your child will automatically be placed on the waitlist for their selected camp weeks in the order in which submissions were received, unless you indicate otherwise.
This registration process was created to fairly offer as many campers as possible the chance to attend our camp, while keeping a first-come/first-enrolled process. This process takes our team a couple of days to work through submissions and placement, so we kindly ask for your patience in our reply to you after you submit your survey. Due to the high volume of submissions, we are unable to answer individual phone calls and emails regarding your child's status for camp while we are processing registrations. Emailing and calling us directly only slows down the process for everyone. Please be patient!
We will be assigning one camp week per interested party that totals the 15 spots. We will attempt to assign you to your top choice week, but if not available, will move to your alternate choices. If you only select one week of camp, you will not be placed on any other waitlists. We highly recommend selecting more than one choice.
We know parents are interested in registering their children for multiple weeks. Our goal is to welcome as many campers as possible. If there are spots available in additional weeks you are interested in, you will be notified of spaces once all interested parties are assigned one week of camp.
Each week will consist of 2 field trip days to local, fun & educational venues (MSSPA, Children's Museum, Goat Hiking, etc.). All campers are expected to attend the field trips, as there is no stay-back option. If you do not wish for your child to attend a field trip, you will need to keep your camper home on field trip designated days. We understand that not everyone will love everything, but we spend a considerable amount of time planning a fun, diverse and educational experience.
Our weekly curriculum & field trips are designed for each designated age/grade grouping. Please only choose weeks based on your child's correct age/grade. Due to the high volume of requests received, we cannot make exceptions.
