Yes, I am comfortable allowing my son/daughter to Return to Play with his/her SBA teammates, once the go ahead has been given by the provincial Health and Medical authorities, with all the necessary Covid-19 protocols in place.

No, I am not quite comfortable just yet in having my son/daughter Return to Play with his/her SBA teammates at this time. I will most likely have him/her return to play in the Fall of 2021.
