Town of Hanover Cable & Broadband Services Survey


The Town of Hanover is conducting a review of cable television and broadband services as part of the cable franchise renewal process. In accordance with the requirements of the federal Cable Communications Policy Act (47 U.S.C. §546), the Town must assess the cable operator’s past performance and identify the community’s current and future cable-related needs.

This survey is intended to gather input from residents, businesses, schools, and institutional users regarding service quality, pricing, reliability, and future connectivity priorities.

Your feedback will help the Town develop a formal record to support renewal decisions, negotiations, and potential service improvements. The goal is to ensure that cable and broadband services in Hanover are reliable, affordable, and responsive to the needs of the entire community.
