The ladies behind Common Deer are looking to make a difference in our local community of women. Please fill out this survey if you are interested in our peer mentorship program. From this information, we will create small groups, called circles, that will be primarily self-managed. Each circle will have a leader, that will orchestrate meet-up times, help to facilitate group discussions, and at times, communicate with Common Deer. The group will also be encouraged to break out into on-on-one's as desired and reach out to others within the larger program for additional advice and support. Larger meet-ups will occur for those active in the group circles from time to time at Common Deer. Currently, the program is free for those interested in taking part, and we hope to gain enough interest to make this happen! Since managing this program will take time, we ask that in order to keep this free and effective, we hope that you continue to support our women-owned small business. Thanks everyone!!
