VMS Resolution Submission Form

This is your opportunity to help set the direction of the Society!

Please note: This form can be used to submit any resolution idea from a formally-drafted proposal to a concept.  VMS policy staff will follow-up with you after a submission to help with further formatting, drafting or clarification, if needed.  You can also submit your idea as an attachment, although please address the topics requested in the form.  A resolution idea can be submitted at any time and resolutions can be acted on by the VMS Board on a year-round basis.
