Educational Field Trip: One member more that 50% of entire enrolled club roster attended at least one field trip Community Service Activity: One member more than 50% of entire enrolled club roster took part in an activity to benefit their community. Note* No credit for donations unless service activity accompanied donations (i.e.: coat collection and sorting, knitting hats and donating to shelters, coordinating a community food drive, etc.) Public Promotion/Marketing 4-H: One member more than 50% of entire enrolled club roster took part in an activity to provide public awareness and information about the 4-H Program (i.e. Parades, 4-H Festivals, Paper Clover, etc.) County-Wide 4-H Event Participation: One member more than 50% of entire enrolled club roster attended/participated in at least one of the following County-wide 4-H Programs: Ulster County 4-H Fair, Acheivement Night, Fall Festival, Showmanship Workshop, Public Presentations. OK Question Title * 4. Community Service Award One member more than 50% of the entire enrolled club roster participated in an activity for the benefit of the public. A minimum of 35 member hours are required.Example: 5 members at 2 hours each = 10 hours at Pet Clinic 5 members at 3 hours each = 15 hours at Senior Home singing 5 members at 2 hours each = 10 hours at Park Clean-Up event Documentation of your service must be emailed or sent to the 4-H office by September 30.
