Questionnaire for University Faculty

Thank you for providing feedback on your administrative efforts as a faculty member at the University of Chicago. Responses from faculty members will inform efforts to improve administrative functions and to relieve administrative burden on faculty. Improvement to administrative support is an ongoing process and this is one step in a continuing conversation on how we can do better.

The questionnaire is focused on three core administrative areas:  Human Resources, Procurement, and Finance. Full definitions of the administrative areas and activities described in this questionnaire are provided in the reference guide at this link. We are also interested in receiving input on broader areas of administrative work that require improvement. You will have the opportunity to share your experience on such matters in the last section of this questionnaire.
