Lite Pace offers a gentle, low‑pressure workout perfect for beginners or anyone easing back into exercise. Build strength, improve fitness and learn proper technique at a comfortable pace designed to support overall health and wellbeing.

Time: 11am-12pm
Location: Keysborough Bowls Club - 356 Cheltenham Road, Keysborough
