The information collected by this survey will be processed by the Town and may be included in public documents. Personal information is collected under the authority of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001, c. 25, s.8, s.11 and will be used for the purpose of informing future planning and improvements to program and service delivery. Your personal information will be protected in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA).
