The ToP Strategic Planning process builds on your learning from the ToP Facilitation Methods course, showing you how to weave those methods into an integrated approach to strategic planning. The result is realistic, achievable and easy to monitor.

The training is from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on April 29 and 30, 2010 at Prairie Winds Community Center in Bridgeport.
