The Social Justice Institute (SJI) is a cohort-based forum for Northwest employees to obtain professional and personal development in the area of diversity and inclusion. The Social Justice Institute allows participants the opportunity to enhance and refine their competencies to create an inclusive environment for the Northwest community. All Northwest employees are invited to participate. Participants will engage in authentic dialogue around building more inclusive opportunities across campus.
