SLT Workforce and Vacancy Survey January 2025 |
Introduction
Why share my SLT workforce and vacancy experiences?
Where SLT services experience significant vacancy issues, RCSLT highlight these to Government and champion sustainable solutions. Please share your workforce and vacancy experiences with us so that we can highlight the challenges faced by SLT services and the impacts on those that we support.
Who should share SLT workforce and vacancy information?
All managers of a UK SLT service (including non-SLTs, both NHS and non-NHS services) should report on experiences of that SLT service. If you are not a manager, please highlight this opportunity to your manager and ask them to complete this information on your behalf.
