Please use this form to apply to the NAELA Board of Directors for the 2026-28 term (both new and 2nd terms). Applicants should carefully read the below description of Board service before submitting their application.

To be considered for the NAELA Board of Director - application for service on the Board of Directors includes: (1) This completed form, (2) a copy of a recent curriculum vitae or resume (can be attached to this survey) and (3) at least one reference.

Applications are due before 5 pm ET on 9/26/25 and late applications cannot be considered. Please note that the Nominating Committee reserves the right to request additional information after reviewing your application.
