As a graduate student in the School of Education at Liberty University, I am conducting a project as part of the requirements for a doctoral degree. The title of my project is The Difference in Percentage of At-Risk Children Served in New Hampshire Childcare Facilities Based on Facility Type and the purpose of my project is to determine whether there is a difference in the type of childcare center that at-risk children attend.

I am writing to request your permission to utilize your childcare center list to recruit participants for my project.

Participants will be asked to complete the attached survey. Participants will be presented with informed consent information prior to participating. Taking part in this study is completely voluntary, and participants are welcome to discontinue participation at any time.
