Disposition Survey, Master in Teaching Program 2013-15 |
Disposition Survey
This is a survey that you will complete several times during the MiT program. Its purpose is to help both you and the faculty assess, talk about and make plans for developing the collaboration, communication and work habits that are part of critically reflective teaching. The habits and skills asked about below are also the ones that many school district employers ask about when making hiring decisions. To learn more about this purpose of the survey and the teacher education standards it addresses, see the Dispositions Survey document (http://academic.evergreen.edu/curricular/mit2013/Fall11/DispositionsOverview.doc.
For this first time, you will need to use evidence from your experiences PRIOR to the MiT program. Each time after this, you will use MiT program experiences only for your evidence.
