This dynamic 5-week program for emerging/new managers will provide the opportunity to learn, grow, and connect with peers from various industries across the country. We've designed this course to help managers build a strong foundation for effective leadership, with a particular focus on interpersonal communication and applying the principles of Everything DiSC®.

Participants will learn:  
  • Explore the transition from individual contributor to manager.
  • Discover their DiSC Management style: recognize the priorities and preferences that shape their experience as a manager of others and as an employee who must also effectively manage up.
  • Understand how their unique style informs their approach to directing and delegation.
  • Learn strategies for improving employee motivation and developing the full potential of people with various DiSC styles.
  • Recognize strategies for delivering effective feedback and performance management.
  • Identify new ways to work more effectively with their manager.

* 7. Cancellation Policy 

We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of attending scheduled courses. To maintain fairness and transparency in our operations, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Refunds for Missed Classes:
We regret to inform you that there will be no refunds for missed courses/individual classes. Once you have registered for a course, your enrollment is considered final, and we are unable to provide refunds for any classes you are unable to attend.

2. Rescheduling:
If you cannot attend the scheduled dates for a course you have registered for, you may request to reschedule to a future session of the same course, subject to availability. All requests for rescheduling must be submitted 72 hours before the scheduled course begins. Please contact info@nationaleap.com to discuss rescheduling options.

3. Cancellations by the Organizer:
We require 5 participants to run this course, in the unlikely event that we must cancel a course/ class session, you will be notified promptly, and a refund or rescheduling option will be provided to you, at your discretion.

4. Transferability:
If you are unable to attend a course but have a colleague or friend who can take your place, you may transfer your registration to them. Please inform us in advance about this change to update our records.

5. Absence/No-Show Policy:
We encourage all registered participants to attend the courses they sign up for. Failure to attend an entire course/ individual class without prior notice is considered a "no-show." No refunds or rescheduling options will be available for participants who do not attend the entire course/individual class.
