DigiBC is conducting an audit of how inclusive the digital media workplace is for British Columbians. We would like to know your opinion regarding various factors that indicate the level of inclusivity you and others are experiencing in your workplace. All submissions are anonymous and confidential.

According to research conducted by Deloitte and the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission (2013), employees feel included when (1.) they feel they are treated fairly; (2.) when their uniqueness is valued and appreciated while having a sense of belonging; and (3.) when they feel they have a voice and can contribute to problem-solving, ideation and giving feedback. This survey is based on these three factors and includes select questions adapted from the Canadian Standard of Psychological Health and Safety.
