Horizon Awards 2018 Student Pinnacle Award Nomination

The Pinnacle Award is the highest overall honor a student intern can receive from TAG-Ed. The ideal candidate has excelled over the course of the summer, demonstrating excellent communication skills, unwavering professionalism, and consistent growth in the workplace. His/her enthusiasm, initiative, competency, and success has set the bar for future interns. Students may not self-nominate for The Pinnacle Award; the nomination must come from their mentor or from someone within the company.

In addition to this form, letters of recommendation may be submitted for the student. This additional letter of recommendation should be completed by someone other than the person submitting this form, and who worked closely with the intern throughout the summer. Please email recommendations to Dr. Reginald Turner at reginald@tagonline.org. In the email, please include your name, title, company, and the name of the student being nominated.

Please consider while completing your nomination that verbiage submitted here may be used at the awards ceremony when presenting the category winner.
