Tick Prevention Survery

Hi! My name is Sophia, and I am a Public Health student at Nazareth University completing an internship with Ontario County Public Health. I am working on a project focused on tick prevention in our community and learning more about how people protect themselves from tick bites and tick borne diseases. Survey results will be used to help inform the health department on the most effective ways to educate the public about tick‑bite prevention and the risk of tick-borne illness. I would really appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to complete my survey. Your feedback will help me better understand community awareness and prevention practices. Thank you for your time and support!
