Interest in Lung Cancer Accreditation

The American College of Surgeons and the Society of Thoracic Surgeons are considering the development of a lung cancer specialty accreditation "add on" program to the Commission on Cancer (CoC). Please answer the following questions to help guide the potential development of a lung cancer accreditation program. The survey should only be filled out once for each CoC hospital.
