We at the Division of Health Improvement hope that you found your interactions with us to be professional and positive.  We take our mission very seriously:  “To ensure the safety and quality of care of residents of healthcare facilities.”  At the same time, we strive to have well-trained, courteous, unbiased and professional staff.  We are continually looking for ways to improve how we fulfill our mission.
