Introduction

When responding, please consider tasks performed directly by company personnel as well as those performed on the company’s behalf by service providers (e.g. customs brokers, transport operators, port operators) which are necessary for completion of the import process for a particular consignment moving from a conveyance arriving at an Australian port/airport cleared to the company premises, and, for an export, for the consignment moving from company premises cleared at the point of departure onto an international conveyance from an Australian port/airport.

Green coloured questions are for importers and exporters (questions 1 and 3).

Blue coloured questions are for service providers (questions 2 and 4) – e.g. customs brokers, freight forwarders, transport operators, port operators etc, which are performing services on behalf of importers/exporters.

Black coloured questions are for all respondents (questions 5 to 10)

Please note that the survey will be open from the 1st to the 15th of September 2017
