Tree/Wreath Registration

Thank you for donating a decorated tree or wreath to the event. Please fill out the registration form below to help us connect with you on your in-kind donation. Please review our Tree and Wreath Guidelines before registering, to view visit www.festivalofthetrees.org. You will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to these policies and procedures before you submit your registration. You will receive an email after November 1, 2023 to sign up for a day and time (TBD) to come and decorate/set up your item.
