DHCS Coverage Ambassador Survey

We want to hear from you!

Thank you for your dedication to helping Medi-Cal members get and keep their health coverage. Whether you are a passionate DHCS Coverage Ambassador, or someone interested in joining the program, we want to hear from you! As the Keep Your Coverage campaign comes to a close, DHCS is exploring new ways to empower community partners, advocates, and Medi-Cal members through the Coverage Ambassador program. We have created a brief survey (~7 minutes) to understand your experience, gauge interest in the program’s future, and gather feedback on how to best support ambassadors and members moving forward.
1.Did you sign up to serve as a DHCS Coverage Ambassador?

A DHCS Coverage Ambassador is a community member or organization committed to helping Medi-Cal members maintain their health coverage through raising awareness, sharing tools and resources, using consistent messaging, and connecting with members in culturally sensitive ways. Lastly, Coverage Ambassadors are volunteers and do not receive funding from DHCS.(Required.)
