Wellspring offers FREE programs for anyone in the community – you do NOT have to be a client to come. In fact, we encourage everyone to come. We need more people to learn about our work so that together, we can end relationship abuse in our community.  
1.What programs are you interested in coming to and what NEW programs would you like Wellspring to offer for the community? 

Some past programs have included: Parenting classes, Narcan training, Yoga, Financial Planning for Women, Zumba, Self-Defense, Meditation, Paint and Plant, Storytelling, Mandala Drawing, Nutrition, Book/Movie discussions (MAID, She Said, etc.) and more!(Required.)
2.What day of the week work best for you?(Required.)
3.What start time is best for you?(Required.)
4.Do you prefer to sign up for a series of programs (i.e. coming to a program once a week for 4 weeks straight) or does a one-time class work better for your schedule?(Required.)
