Welcome to My Survey

You are invited to participate in a research study which will involve taking a survey. Our names are Michael Levine and Sergey Kachagin and we are graduate students in the school psychology program at California State University, Sacramento, Department of Education. The purpose of this research is to examine and bring awareness to the experiences and perceptions of school psychologists.

 If you decide to participate, you will be asked to complete a short online survey. Your participation in this study will last 10-15 minutes. Risks associated with this study are not anticipated to be greater than those risks encountered in daily life.

 Your participation in this project is voluntary. You have the right not to participate at all or to leave the study at any time without penalty or loss of benefits to which you may otherwise be entitled.

The information obtained in this study will not be linked to you. Should you voluntarily decide to enter your name and email for an opportunity to win a $50 Amazon gift card, this information will be maintained separate of your survey responses and will be disposed of as soon as the random winner has been selected. All unidentified survey data will be maintained in a safe, locked location for a period of three years after the study is completed.
