Adopt a Single Mom Project of NEPA Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in supporting our community initiative Adopt-a-Single-Mom of NEPA. If you have a heart to serve and a passion for empowering women then please complete our application. There are many ways to support this project and we are seeking a variety or skills, interests and abilities to join us throughout the year on our various projects, and to further our mission.

All submitted applications are reviewed by Founder, Donna Nelson. All positions are considered and determined by the Founder. All applicants are taken very seriously and carefully reviewed. Every effort will be taken to include as many as possible in current and future projects as your interests indicate. Every applicant is required to have a phone, or in-person interview with the Founder, Donna Nelson or an assigned Committee person prior to being placed or serving in any role. This process is to protect the integrity of this organization, the funds from individuals and organizations who trust and support us, as well as, the privacy of those who contribute donations, and our clients aka single mom's.

THERE ARE 2 TYPES OF COMMITTEES - ONLY FILL IN THE SECTION FOR THE ONE YOU ARE INTERESTED.

Brief description of Advisory Committee

These volunteers have personal resources (skills, abilities, time) and/or community connections to actively support and further the mission and vision of the initiative on an on-going basis.

You have a deeper level of interest and commitment to further this initiative for the community, the women we serve and the greater good it will impact.

Brief description of Planning Committee and all other Volunteer Roles

This committee is heels and boots on the ground, and fingers burning up the keyboard - you are the shoppers, event greeters, social media sharer's, gift deliverers, errand runners, meeting donors to collect products and services, community outreach, helping with event coordinating, set-up, technical help, ideas generator for promotion and fundraising and a variety of other fun and fulfilling activities.
