**All REFERRALS are subject to D&D Renovations management approval. Limit one REFERRER per REFERRAL; However, a REFERRER may submit multiple unique REFERRALS for payment consideration. Each REFERRAL must result in a project contract that meets or exceeds a minimum threshold in order to qualify for payment to REFERRER. Minimum payment to REFERRER for a qualified REFERRAL meeting the minimum threshold is $150, and is based upon the amount of the D & D Renovations project contract that results from the REFERRAL. D & D Renovations maintains the right to refuse services based on factors including but not limited to the scope of work, current scheduling and work load and the location of the prospective project. REFERRERS are paid when the project has been completed and paid for in full by referred customer. Please note that dependent upon the project's complexity and referred customer's willingness to proceed and pay for the project in a timely manner, payment to REFERRER for qualified REFERRAL(S) may take several weeks or more from the time it is initially submitted to D & D Renovations. Payment(s) to REFERRER that total $600 or more in one calendar year will be reported to the IRS using form 1099-MISC and will require REFERRER to complete form W-9 prior to issuance of said payment(s) in excess of the $600 threshold. Payment(s) must be endorsed and submitted to a financial institution within 60 days of issuance to remain valid. D & D Renovations is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. REFERRER must keep all contact information up to date with D & D Renovations. No payment(s) will be re-issued after 60 days from initial issuance date. REFERRERS may not reside in the same household as their REFERRALS. REFERRALS submitted must be within the D & D Renovations service area and want to purchase services that D & D Renovations currently offers. Please note that services offered outside of Shelby County, Tennessee, are abbreviated. D & D Renovations maintains the right to end this promotion at any time without notice.

***REFERRERS will earn an extra payment of up to $100 for time spent to submit reviews for D & D Renovations on both Facebook and Google. Reviews each must be no less than 20 words in length and are subject to D & D Renovations management verification. Reviews must be submitted on both platforms in order to receive the full $100 extra payment for time and will be prorated if less than two reviews are submitted or if reviews are lacking in word count. This promotion is only valid in conjunction with a qualified REFERRAL submission and reviews must be submitted and verified before payment for REFERRAL is processed. D & D Renovations has the right to end this promotion at any time without notice, and may request from REFERRER a link to or screenshot of their respective review submissions for verification purposes.
