Welcome to the 2020 Resilience-Guadalupe Community Survey!

Your answers to the following questions will provide the City of Guadalupe with vital information on the needs of the community. The results of the survey will be used to inform the Resilience-Guadalupe Plan on the needs and demographic makeup of the community. This survey also is looking to evaluate the risks Guadalupe faces, the strengths it can draw on to better the community, as well as the day to day stresses of the community. The results will be included in the Resilience-Guadalupe Plan, which should be ready for community review/comments by June of 2020.
